Where is My Order Confirmation?
I've Placed an Order, but Have Not Received My E-Mail Confirmation.
E-mail confirmations of orders are sent upon completion of the order process. If you do not receive your e-mail within a few minutes of ordering, check your SPAM or JUNK folders. Often times the confirmation goes to one of these folders automatically depending on the e-mail tools or clients you use. If you have checked your SPAM or JUNK folders and have still not received it, you may have entered an incorrect e-mail address or there may be problems with our system. Send an e-mail to info@uclean.com with the name of the person who placed the order and approximate time of order and we will verify the order completion and send you an order confirmation form.
