My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

If your order is damaged in transit, please refuse shipment if possible. If you are unavailable to refuse the shipment, please contact us at info@uclean.com so that we may resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Any help you can provide us in making a claim to UPS will be helpful, including description of the delivered product and any pictures of the damage.
