How do I return a product?
To Return A Product, Start By Contacting uClean.com.
You may return any unused product for a full refund of the product price. To do this you must contact customer service at info@uclean.com, within 15 days of receiving the product, to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and instructions for shipment. When the product reaches our warehouse, after inspection of the product, a credit will be issued. You will be notified of this credit with an email receipt. It is helpful to us if you provide a tracking number for your returned product. Any product returned without authorization may not be eligible for refund.
