I love this vacuum cleaner! I run a day care facility so needless to say I have BIG messes all the time. This vacuum cleaner is quiet, has great suction, lies down very low to go under furniture and has a great accessory kit. I had my last Windsor vacuum for several years and took it home finally and got another for the day care.

We only use the Windsor Sensor S12 Vacuum Cleaners for our hotels. I've cleaned now in 4 different Marriott's in the New York area, and all of them have the Windsor Sensor S12 vacuum cleaner. A couple of them have the wider Sensor S15 for some of the floors, but I prefer the smaller more versatile Sensor S12.

The Windsor Vacuum Cleaners KICK BUTT!! I agree it's WAY BETTER than the Dyson Vacuums. The Dyson's are more about looks than they are about actual cleaning, unlike the Windsor Vacuum Cleaner.

One Vacuum Cleaner is not as good as another Vacuum Cleaner. The Windsor Sensor S12 Vacuum Cleaner is the best Vacuum I've ever used. I guess you could say, "All Vacuum Cleaners are NOT created equal!"

The Windsor Vacuum Cleaners, particularly the Sensor S12 and XP12 are great vacuum cleaners! I also love the VAC PAC backpack vacuum cleaner. Great for cleaning large office buildings. Never really worked much with the Windsor WAVE, wide area vacuum cleaner, but heard really great things and that it's a super strong piece of janitorial cleaning equipment.

I have worked with Windor vacs in the cleaning industry for years. In fact, I liked them so much that I bought one for my personal use. It is lightweight and manageable. When you are pushing a vac around all day, you don't want one that feels like you are shoving and unmanageable, heavy load. My Windsor is maneuverable and efficient. It is easy to care for. Bought my current vac in '98 and only have had to replace the cord from wear and tear and the kids running over it with the vac.

We use the Windsor Sensor S12 in our Hampton Inn inclusively. This vacuum is extremely quiet and efficent. With this vacuum you will not have a sore back from bending over because it glides well on any surface.

I am a Chief Engineer at a Marriott Hotel and have used the Windsor uprights in my hotel for years.The XP line which I use is the same as the s12 with the exception of an automatic height adjustment and Price of course.I am about to purchase some of the s12's as I made the HUGE mistake of trying to save a buck and buying some "Proteam" vacuums.The Proteam vacuums did not even come close to the quality and user-friendliness of the Windsor!! My old XP's lasted over 8 yrs!! Half of the Proteams have bitten the dust and it's only been a year!! I would HIGHLY recommend the Windsor uprights to anyone in the Cleaning industry!!!!

This is a HORRIBLE vacuum! The clinic I work at has one of these and it is continuously getting clogged on dust and hair. I would not recommend anyone waste their money on such a vacuum! I would rather have an Oreck anyday, even the cheap Dirt Devil vacuums you get at Kmart work better than this thing.

I've had this vacuum for 5 years now and I love it. (I mean I really love it!) I don't know how many people I've recommended it to. The Windsor is the easiest vacuum I've ever used-tools are actually a pleasure, cord is long, have never had to replace the belt. The best-and I've tried them all.

I use this vacuum cleaner everyday on the base and it's the best. i just wish it was offered at a cheaper price so I could buy one for my house and the cord is plenty long enough, you don't have to keep un-plunging. Thanks.

I'm a housekeeper and we use these vacuums at work when cleaning. They're used every day so they get worked a lot. Just be careful not to run over your cord; it will get in the brush and tear through to the wires. Great vacuum but pretty expensive.

I have worked for the Cherokee Casino Resort/Hard Rock Casino Tulsa for several years now and I have been impressed by this vacuum. The EVS crew will go out of their way to track down one of the "GOOD VACUUMS" when you need an area cleaned. I wish all of our machines were S12s, I am going to purchase one for my home.

I worked at a hotel for seven years, and this was best vacuum to use! Light, easy to use, a quiet motor, the suction is great, and it very easy to maintain! These vacuums went through a lot of abuse and still worked fabulous! I bought one for my home, and nothing compares to the Windsor!

I have this vacuum and it's the best vacuum I've owned.I have my own cleaning company I also have the newest kirby it's a great vacuum also but it carries more weight. The sensor is much lighter and manuverable and performs well.

I TESTED THIS VACUUM LAST NIGHT, IT SUCKS UP REALLY WELL. ON THE OTHER HAND IT IS SOOOOOOO HEAVY. MY ARM HURTS TODAY FROM USEING IT FOR 2-3 HOURS LAST NIGHT. IT ALSO IS REALLY FAST! IT IS SELF PREPELLED AND I FELT LIKE I HAD TO RUN TO KEEP UP WITH THE THING. I DIDN'T LIKE IT BECAUSE I HAVE A LOT OF CHAIRS TO VACUUM UNDER AND I HAD TO PULLLLL THE THING BACK ON EVERY CHAIR BECAUSE IT WANTED TO KEEP GOING STRAIGHT. IT MIGHT BE GOOD IF YOUR GOING STRAIGHT FOR A DISTANCE BUT, NOT IF YOUR VACUMMING UNDER AND AROUND THINGS!
